What's your MOQ? 

Generally our MOQ is 200 pieces. 

 

Can we test your samples?

 

Yes, and sample fees could be refunded to you upon mass order. 

 

What does you price include?

We quote reasonable EXW price.  Normally no package or accessories are included in our standard prices.

We offer multiple options for package and accessories with extra cost. 

 

Can we put our logo on the products?

Yes, we can put your logo on the product if your order quantity for a specific model reached 200 pieces. 

 

 What if we want to customize the package?

MOQ for package customization is 1000 pieces.

If you order less, you can either make 1000 pieces package and keep the others in our warehouse for the next order,

 

or simply use logo sticker or add-on printing on our standard neutral box with little extra fee. 

 

What is your lead time?

Generally 1-3 weeks depends on the order quantity and your specific requirements. 

 

 What is the shipment method?

Generally goods are shipped out by air or by International Express.

You can arrange your shipping agent to pick up goods directly or we ship via our agent

with freight prepaid at a competitive rate. 

 

 How to make payment? 

We accept T/T or Western Union  for bulk order (30% deposit while the 70% balance before the time of shipment).

PayPal is available as well for samples. 

 

Do you have warranty on the products? 

Yes, we offer 6 months limited warranty since the date of shipment.
